Personality Test – What Kind of Person Are You?
This online test should not be used for diagnosis. It cannot confirm if you have a specific personality type or not. Only a doctor or a mental health expert can really figure out what you should do next.
However, you can use this test to monitor your symptoms and help your doctor see if your behavior changes between visits. This test can show if you might have common personality type traits, but it can't give a complete checkup.
You shouldn't use this test to diagnose yourself or choose a treatment on your own.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Did you know... the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), one of the most popular personality tests, was created by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers in the early 20th century? It's based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types and was designed to help people understand and appreciate differences in human behavior.
The "Big Five" personality traits
The concept of the "Big Five" personality traits is one of the most scientifically backed models in personality psychology. These five dimensions—openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism (often abbreviated as OCEAN)—are used to describe human personality across cultures.
What Colors say about you...
The color of your favorite room might reflect aspects of your personality. Color psychology suggests that people who prefer blue tend to be reliable and sensitive, while those who favor red are often passionate and energetic. However, interpretations can vary significantly across different cultures and individuals.
Spirit Animals
Animals have been used as symbols of certain personality traits in various cultures for centuries. For example, in Native American culture, the bear symbolizes strength and leadership, the owl wisdom and intuition, and the deer gentleness and sensitivity. This symbolism is often used in personality tests to help individuals identify with certain traits or qualities.
